Livelihood and Sustainable Development Program

People in Sat San Village Tract were severely affected by Cyclone Nargis and lost their assets. To fill the gaps and for the sustainable development of those villages, Social Vision Services provided livelihood supports, revolving fund activities  and capacity building activities. The outcomes of this project are that the beneficiaries became skillful, independent and stand themselves with their own business. SVS is now supporting 5 villages in Sat San Village Tract for livelihood systematically.

Cyclone-affected household and communities recover lost assets and develop sustainable livelihoods to ensure greater food security in the household, and for civil society organizations to have strengthened capacity to facilitate these development processes.
